Requests for special setup needs, furniture, audio assistance, or operations support are subject to availability, additional fees, review, and approval.

Rate up to 4 hours: $300.00
Rate more than 4 hours: $405.00
Cleaning Fee: $40.00
Administrative Fee: $100.00
Security Deposit: $250.00 refundable
Audio Technician Assistance: $120.00 up to 3 hours, then $40.00 per additional hour
Operations Support: $40.00/hour beyond 1 hour for open/close
