Request Process

To start the inquiry process, you’ll need to have a few things ready ahead of time. Then submit the inquiry form and within 3–5 business days, our management team will get back to you with next steps.

Request Deposit, Review, and Approval

Once the form is submitted, we’ll collect a refundable $250 deposit to hold the space, and LifeSource and the Rocky Mountain Conference will review your inquiry for approval.

Availability

All requests are subject to schedule availability and confirmation from LifeSource Adventist Fellowship and the Rocky Mountain Conference.

Setup & Cleanup

Requesting time includes any needed setup and cleanup unless otherwise arranged.

No Smoking or Alcohol

Smoking, alcohol, and recreational drug use is prohibited in our space.

Food and Drinks

Food and drinks are permitted in certain spaces. Review the spaces available for where food prep and consumption is allowed.

Questions before renting?

FAQ

Can I request for less than 4 hours?

The minimum amount of time you can request a space for is 4 hours. Request time includes both setup and cleanup. You may choose to use it for less time, but the minimum request time is 4 hours.

Can I rent the space regularly?

Yes, use our inquiry form to start the process for recurring or long-term rentals.

Is my request automatically approved?

No. Once the inquiry has been submitted, requests will require additional confirmation or approval before the final contract is sent and payment is requested.

Where do I check available dates?

Click here to browse spaces and view the current requests options. Because we have our regular services on Saturdays, there are no requests available on Saturdays.

What’s a Certificate of Insurance and do I need one?

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is a standardized document issued by an insurance company that proves you have active coverage. LifeSource is owned by the Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh-day Adventists who has specific requirements for the COI. You will save significant time by ensuring that the ACORD format is used and all specific information is included as outlined in the sample COI.

Are there extra fees for requests?

Every price includes a fee for cleaning, which varies by space, plus unlocking and locking up the space. If you need additional services such as table setup or audiovisual services, those may be added as additional fees.

How do I pay for the space?

Once the inquiry is submitted, we’ll collect a refundable $250 deposit to hold the space for you. After the full approval process is complete, payment is due two weeks prior to your event. Payments via cash, card, Zelle, or check are accepted.

If I need to cancel my event, will I get a refund?

Full refunds are available up to one week prior to the event, and 50% refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the event. After 48 hours, the payment is non-refundable.
