This rental includes the Fellowship Hall space and does include kitchen access. Seating capacity may vary depending on the requested layout, planned activities, staff review, and approval.
This rental package includes the cleaning fee. An administrative fee and refundable security deposit may apply. Requests for tables, chairs, add-ons, special setup needs, additional equipment, or support are subject to availability, additional fees, review, and approval.
Rates
Rate up to 4 hours: $425.00
Rate more than 4 hours: $573.75
Cleaning Fee: $30.00
Administrative Fee: $100.00
Security Deposit: $250.00 refundable
Audio Technician Assistance: $120.00 up to 3 hours, then $40.00 per additional hour
Operations Support: $40.00/hour beyond 1 hour for open/close
