Classroom 302 is a flexible classroom space ideal for training sessions, tutoring, children's programs, workshops, and small gatherings.

This space can seat up to 20 guests based on standard setup, with a listed capacity of up to 20 guests depending on layout and approval.

This rental package includes the cleaning fee. An administrative fee and refundable security deposit may apply. Requests for tables, chairs, add-ons, special setup needs, or additional support are subject to availability, additional fees, review, and approval.

Rates

Rate up to 4 hours: $200.00

Rate more than 4 hours: $270.00

Cleaning Fee: $10.00

Administrative Fee: $100.00

Security Deposit: $250.00 refundable

Audio Technician Assistance: $120.00 up to 3 hours, then $40.00 per additional hour

Operations Support: $40.00/hour beyond 1 hour for open/close
