This space can seat up to 12 guests based on standard setup. Final capacity will depend on the requested layout, planned activities, staff review, and approval.
This rental package includes the cleaning fee. An administrative fee and refundable security deposit may apply. Requests for tables, chairs, add-ons, special setup needs, or additional support are subject to availability, additional fees, review, and approval.

Rate more than 4 hours: $270.00
Cleaning Fee: $10.00
Administrative Fee: $100.00
Security Deposit: $250.00 refundable
Audio Technician Assistance: $120.00 up to 3 hours, then $40.00 per additional hour
Operations Support: $40.00/hour beyond 1 hour for open/close
